Welcome to Zen'n'ish® Virtual Therapy Practice where our mission is to ignite a vibrant wave of positive energy, inspiring and motivating profound transformation in the lives we touch. At the heart of our practice is the belief that every individual has the potential for incredible growth and change, and it's our privilege to guide you on this journey.

As the founder of Zen'n'ish®, LLC, I, Dr. LaKisha Hudson (Dr. KiKi), am deeply committed to fostering a space where holistic growth is not just a goal, but a reality. My background as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Registered Child Forensic Interviewer (RCFI), Certified Clinical Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Life Coach, and licensed K-12 School Counselor equips me with a diverse toolkit to address the multifaceted needs of each individual.

Our approach at Zen'n'ish® is centered around creating ripples of positive change. Specializing in partner therapy, we offer a safe, inclusive, and empathetic environment for individuals and couples. Whether navigating the complexities of intimacy, trust, and communication or addressing the unique needs of the LGBTQIA+ and kink communities, we are here to support and enlighten.

Zen'n'ish®, LLC, stands as a beacon of hope and transformation. We are a judgment-free zone, dedicated to understanding, respecting, and celebrating the individuality of each person who walks through our virtual doors.

Join us at Zen'n'ish®, LLC, and embark on a transformative journey towards a more fulfilled, authentic self. Together, let's create waves of positive change and productivity through information, discussion, counseling, therapy, and movements of efficacious, transpersonal change.

“Together with the patient, a therapist looks at the nature of the pain. Often, the therapist can uncover causes of suffering that stem from the way the patient looks at things, the beliefs he holds about himself, his culture, and the world. The therapist examines these viewpoints and beliefs with the patient, and together they help free him from the kind of prison he has been in. But the patient’s efforts are crucial. A teacher has to give birth to the teacher within his student, and a psychotherapist has to give birth to the psychotherapist within his patient. The patient’s “internal psychotherapist” can then work full-time in a very effective way.”      ― Thich Nhat Hanh, Peace Is Every Step: The Path of Mindfulness in Everyday Life
